Summer In Bloom

Last night I was so exhausted I zoned out at the laptop and then went to bed before posting anything. Technically I did post my first post on Wednesday, though, so it still counts.

Jacarandas have long been my favourite tree, and when I found out a Swedish friend who loves the colour purple didn't even know what they are... well, I just had to go get a few photographs. This is one of my favourites. To take this, my camera was set to macro.
